Quick to approve and slow to support

Took out a car finance with Motonovo as they offered the cheapest interest rate and were highly recommended by dealership. A few months in an I’m trying to make extra payments and I cannot get through to anyone spending 1-2 hours a day just to get the same answer of I need to provide my own details which doesn’t feel safe. When trying to log in online the security is ridiculous password requirements are not great and cause issues and requiring a pin that can’t even be related to email or password just to stop you from getting in. The finance was really easy to set up and at a very good 5% apr as well! Additionally the app is really easy to use and you can clearly see your payments online. Staff in the phone were very helpful and friendly making finance clear and easy. Reviewed on: 24th June 2021

Friendly customer service
