Friendly customer service

It's been a few years since I've renewed my car and recall sorting the finance in the past being a complete nightmare, sat in a stuffy room for over an hour while all the paperwork was being processed. What a refreshing, enjoyable experience to choose a car, walk away, sign a few docs electronically and that was it....done!! Picked my new car up the next day.......no hassle, no stress!
