Review of the MotoNovo, Car finance:

Would leave zero stars if I could!

Would leave zero stars if I could! I have been paying Motonovo to finance a car on PCP since 2023. The car has had endless problems with it that has left me and my family stranded multiple times. I rely on my car as I have a child that is registered disabled but Motonovo do not deem this a matter of urgency. I have had problems with the car since September 2024 which has cost me thousands of pounds, including a broken turbo. The car has been off the road since May 2026 due to endless red light issues, and requested compensation and exchange for a new vehicle, but Motonovo have provided little to no communication despite my patience and understanding and doing everything they asked me to do, including an expensive independent assessment that cost me hundreds of pounds. After learning they don’t have a complaints department, I have no choice but to seek legal advice. Avoid if possible. Reviewed on: 23rd September 2026
