Quick to approve and slow to support

Took out a car finance with Motonovo as they offered the cheapest interest rate and were highly recommended by dealership. A few months in an I’m trying to make extra payments and I cannot get through to anyone spending 1-2 hours a day just to get the same answer of I need to provide my own details which doesn’t feel safe. When trying to log in online the security is ridiculous password requirements are not great and cause issues and requiring a pin that can’t even be related to email or password just to stop you from getting in. Fantastic - couldn't be simpler!

MotoNovo made financing one of the easiest ways possible. The app is fantastic and allows for early repayments/partial payments to be made which isn't always as easy with other creditors. Very well set out and the T&Cs are easy to follow. 100% would recommend and would select them again if I had a choice. Reviewed on: 17th June 2021

Do Not Take Finance With MotoNovo

Motonovo screwed up my husbands Credit file despite bringing his account completely up to date 6 weeks ago and still reporting that his credit file is 4 payments in arrears. After a year not being able to work due to the pandemic he has just starting to get back to work only to have jobs pulled due to his credit file as he needs to be able to prove he can fund the work etc. Motonovo never informed him of any arrears and the DD was in place at the bank for them to take. He hasn't got out of bed now for last 4 days and I suspect suffering with the onset of Depression due to the loss of work - something he has never once displayed. MotoNovo you are a disgrace - he has posted comments on Trust Pilot and all you ever respond is with your usual response and when he forwards the relevant information you do nothing about it. DO NOT TAKE OUT FINANCE WITH THIS COMPANY - WE ALSO HAVE FINANCE WITH SANTANDER WHO HAVE BEEN EXCELLENT Reviewed on: 5th May 2021
