Most worthless Bank to deal with

Have never dealt with such a worthless Bank (I've had accounts in 20+ banks). Once the Savings Product Matured, they wouldn't transfer the Matured Capital + Interest to the Nominated Bank. Impossible to reach/contact via Telephone - have to wait for hours, not minutes. Emails just don't get responded to - even in a month (I think no one even looks at them). So, you will be stuck without your Money and losing Interest. Reviewed on: 9th April 2025

I set up a I Yr Fixed Interest account with My Community Bank as they offered the best interest rates on the market at the time. The process of setting up the account and completing the transfer was very straightforward on-line and the communications were very reassuring throughout. Re-investing at year end and dealing with my changes to the account was a very uncomplicated process. The best rates complimented by excellent service! Reviewed on: 5th April 2025
