Excellent Customer Service, Always Delivers

Recently, I needed to review my balance, payments in and out and to transfer some money between my bank accounts, however I was unable to access my online banking, no idea why and neither my laptop, smartphone or tablet was allowing me to access the site via the website or the app. I called Natwest to enquire if there were any issues with internet banking, of which there were none. The Customer Service rep whom I spoke with was extremely friendly and fantastically helpful. They were able to provide me with the information I needed, made my transfer for me. They also helped me when I enquired about opening an account for my son and explained what I would need to do etc. I have never had an issue when contacting Natwest, very pleasent bank to deal with. The give me half of the interest

I have a builders savungs account with them for the last year but thet are giving me half of the interest it us saying on the app you are getting it. Called customer service, spoke with 3 persons for 1,5 hours. All of them put me on hold ti check and they close the call. Nobidy call me back. What a joke of a bank Reviewed on: 6th April 2023

Very easily accessible app

Have been using Natwest for 6 years since I was student

I opened my first Natwest account when I was a student and then graduated and moved to the Select account. I also have a Savings Builder account. The system is so easy-to-use and Natwest members are always friendly. Reviewed on: 2nd April 2023
