I have repaid two loans with them without any faltering or delaying any repayment, even in the critical circumstances of Covid-19, and I am still repaying the third loan in an excellent manner. We asked them to top up the loan according to which they rejected my request without any form or justification. I would caution anyone considering entering into a credit agreement with this company. Their business practices seem to push the boundaries of legality. Recently, Novuna removed the option to pay via credit card without any prior notification. When I called to address this issue, citing my credit agreement which clearly states the ability to pay by credit card, and pointed out that I had done so in the past, the staff seemed indifferent. Total Crooks
