I would caution anyone considering entering into a credit agreement with this company. Their business practices seem to push the boundaries of legality. Recently, Novuna removed the option to pay via credit card without any prior notification. When I called to address this issue, citing my credit agreement which clearly states the ability to pay by credit card, and pointed out that I had done so in the past, the staff seemed indifferent. Despite being authorized and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, I have serious doubts about their compliance, given the questionable way they conduct business and the numerous negative reviews. Furthermore, my customer service calls were abruptly cut off multiple times, hinting at a deliberate attempt to manage call volumes due to the high number of complaints. In light of these experiences, my sincere advice is to steer clear of this company. Reviewed on: 3rd January 2024
