excellent service received when my car was damaged in a local car park

my car was dented by another driver reversing into me. I had no problems getting my car repaired and a courtesy car provided by the insurance company all at no cost to myself or hassle. the nominated company took over all the handling - cant fall to recommend them enough. 1st Class Service & Price year after year!

I have always shopped around and changed my provider every year with the belief that getting the cheapest bottom line deal is the best. However, not only do One Call remain competitive, but when you need them, they are there with support, advice and the correct policy to ensure you have complete peace of mind. Beware High Admin Fees

Too right about the One Call hidden admin charges. If you make any form of slightest error on your application or want to change anything, THERE IS AN ADMIN FEE. It is bit like Ryan Air they sucker you in with headline low costs and if you need anything else they clobber you with seriously outrageous admin charges. Reviewed on: 11th July 2018

Charged £49 for cancellation prior to strat of insurance.

Found out they were completely useless with their help when I tried to add an additional car for a limited period to a policy that hadn't yet started. Also, the insurance document was with ABC Insurance (sounds a bit dodgy!) who didn't seem to have any details of my policy and the policy document was barely readable. After exasperating attempts to add the extra car with One Call I then went back to my previous insurer (Direct Line) who were so much easier to deal with that I decided to ditch One Call and go back with Direct Line despite the slightly higher premium. Got a cancellation charge of £49 from One Call for their 'wonderful' administration. Will never deal with them ever again! Reviewed on: 29th May 2018
