Rubbish company, you miss one payment and they charge a riduclous amount even thugh I called up the next day to make a payment they wanted £113 instead of £50 so I just cancelled. And they don't deal with anything else themselves, they make you call their finance broker. 20 mins on hold to them just to be told i need to call someone else! Reviewed on: 3rd May 2017

A Terrible Company

First of all One Call phoned me even though I had selected not to be called by the two cheapest quotes on the comparison site. They then sent me a pin number to log in to my account, so I went to their website and there is no option to log in. So I asked them on their live chat where they told me that they would email me a link. This goes against all the anti phishing advice, where it says that you shouldn't click on links on emails, and that you should go to the official website and click on the login link on there. I was unhappy about their security and asked how long it would take to get a refund if I cancelled, only to be told it would take up to 8 weeks. This is against distance selling regs. The conversation went on with her telling me loads of untruths, and refusing to pass me on to a manager. So I phoned their customer service, got cut off once, then eventually got through. The recording at the start of the call said that i could access my account through their website, but you can't. I then had another conversation where I was told that it only takes 3 to 7 days to process refunds. But she said that they charge a £49.99 cancellation fee, even during the statutory two weeks cooling off period. this is also against distance selling regulations. Reviewed on: 25th January 2017

You shouldn't have to insist on speaking to a manager to get anywhere!!!

Quoted £300 annual premium, then charged £150 for a non fault claim 4.5 years ago. When providing proof it was non fault they reduced it to £30 premium but wacked on £39 charge for the ammendment. Then when I called to make the payment they said I owed £200 because they had used the proof of non fault and my new NCD at 4 years not 9 years! In total 2 hours late for work, 3 insurance providors contacted 3.5 hours on the phone and they cant take my payment because their systems are down!!!!! DO NOT USE!!!! Reviewed on: 6th May 2016

Great service and great prices

After being with another company for many years I found last year that one call were cheaper so I changed over and I must say how impressed I am with them.I had to claim for some car damage when someone reversed into me and from making the claim to getting my car damaged fixed it was flawlesslt done with 3 weeks,I was so impressed!I was updated regular about my car and I was given a courtesy car which was brought to me with very friendly staff.When i got my car back the first time it wasnt quite corrected to reasonable standard...nothing major..was just the front grill wasnt set in place correct and they immediately took it back and left me the courtesy car.Not only do One call have good prices they also have great customer service and I can recommend!
