Very disappointed with call centre

Took out extra breakdown insurance on my policy and when my engine management light came on phoned up. Was told by the person to just keep driving my car till something else happens. Was very disappointed by this response from them. Reviewed on: 24th July 2025

Really good service and hope to stay with them.

I have been with one call for a number of years and find them good value and the service is great as is the app for info and access. Easy to renew each year and can talk to someone if you need to. Reviewed on: 24th July 2025

Telephoned in a bit of a panic

Telephoned in a bit of a panic this morning as i was working away from home, returned and was unsure if my car insurance had auto-renewed as i had to collect my car from the main dealers garage on the other side of town.
