An extremely friendly & memorable company

PayL8r have extremely good customer service, in fact probably one of the best customer service I have experienced. They are friendly & supportive, which is definitely needed in the industry that they are in. It almost felt like borrowing money off a friend rather than a scary lending company! Helpful and understanding

Quick, easy and affordable!

Quick and easy application with different options to suit budgets, affordable payment plans and not charged excessive amounts. Great communication, kept me up to date on where my application was going, made sure that I wanted to go ahead and everything was as agreed, easy to set up repayments too and taken as specified, had not heard of Payl8r before but have had a great experience to date. In retrospect the loan amount was far too expensive...

In retrospect the loan amount was far too expensive for what I was buying. And would not go back again. If i could recommend not penalising customers with that high interest then that would be good for Pay L8er. That being said I am quite neutral about the customer service.
