Effortless shopping and payment

Next has made the checkout process so easy with their Pay in 3 option. I love that I don't have to pay anything at the point of ordering, and the cost is just automatically split across my next three statements. I can track everything clearly in 'My Account,' and the Direct Debit takes the stress out of remembering due dates. Highly recommend for anyone who shops at Next frequently. I was offered the chance to split the cost of my products over three; went ahead and placed an order for some clothes in advance of an interview. Immediately after placing the order, I was sent an email asking me to call them so I did. I was told that my order was on place until I made a "security payment" for the full amount, negating the point of the service. I did not have the full amount available, which is why I was looking to split the cost. The customer service agent could do nothing to help at all, except tell me that in the future I would be able to split my payments up but not until I had made this payment first. Essentially a useless service with poor customer service. Reviewed on: 20th November 2024
