I was offered the chance to split the cost of my products over three; went ahead and placed an order for some clothes in advance... I was offered the chance to split the cost of my products over three; went ahead and placed an order for some clothes in advance of an interview. Immediately after placing the order, I was sent an email asking me to call them so I did. I was told that my order was on place until I made a "security payment" for the full amount, negating the point of the service. I did not have the full amount available, which is why I was looking to split the cost. The customer service agent could do nothing to help at all, except tell me that in the future I would be able to split my payments up but not until I had made this payment first.
