I was offered the chance to split the cost of my pro...

I was offered the chance to split the cost of my products over three; went ahead and placed an order for some clothes in advance... I was offered the chance to split the cost of my products over three; went ahead and placed an order for some clothes in advance of an interview. Immediately after placing the order, I was sent an email asking me to call them so I did. I was told that my order was on place until I made a "security payment" for the full amount, negating the point of the service. I did not have the full amount available, which is why I was looking to split the cost. The customer service agent could do nothing to help at all, except tell me that in the future I would be able to split my payments up but not until I had made this payment first. Essentially a useless service with poor customer service. Read more Read less

Next has made the checkout process so easy with their Pay in 3 option. I love that I don't have to pay anything at the... Next has made the checkout process so easy with their Pay in 3 option. I love that I don't have to pay anything at the point of ordering, and the cost is just automatically split across my next three statements. I can track everything clearly in 'My Account,' and the Direct Debit takes the stress out of remembering due dates. Highly recommend for anyone who shops at Next frequently. Read more Read less
