Been a member for more than 30 years with numerous loans. Asked for a loan last year was turned for because they found a gambling firm on my statement. I explained but it was still a no. Now looking for another credit union Reviewed on: 8th May 2025

Not very good value for money, the savings rates are...

Not very good value for money, the savings rates are low and the dividends rates are too. The customer service has been good on the rare times I’ve used it. The main benefit is the Vivup discounts which work well but are a pain to get set up and really clunky and slow to use. Overall it’s fine but I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.
