Not very good value for money, the savings rates are...

Not very good value for money, the savings rates are low and the dividends rates are too. The customer service has been good on the rare times I’ve used it. The main benefit is the Vivup discounts which work well but are a pain to get set up and really clunky and slow to use. Overall it’s fine but I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. Pretty good

Their website works well, although it’s terrible on a phone. The process and application was easy enough and the rates are ok. I think they could be clearer about the steps needed (for example I’m not sure if I need to send them my signature or how). They could be clearer on when the draw happens for the windfall bonds and maybe have a countdown on the website to make it more fun ( like premium bonds do). I liked the touch of adding my family name to the paper header. Reviewed on: 16th February 2020
