Great service, great rate at the time

I applied for a personal loan with the Post Office. The process was very simple and user friendly online service. I received the money quickly, within an hour or so, to my chosen bank account. I would use the Post Office again (at the right borrowing rate). Reviewed on: 11th March 2022

Quality service with stress free loan repayment!

I shopped around for loan offers and deals. the Post Office had a good rate of interest and clearly offered the options of repayment. The customer service team, were friendly and helpful when I called to query a loan and how it worked. Not at all pushy and the whole experience of taking the loan, to repayments - with annual repayment amount remaining - to end of the loan has been seamless.
