Approachable service with customer at heart

Easy to get a loan through them. Simple language used when explaining the loan term and I really like the fact they send me a reminder of when money is due out with option to call them if any issues. Other lenders don’t offer this service, so the fact Lendable are making themselves approachable - gives me reassurance that they care about customers. Reviewed on: 19th April 2026

Quality service with stress free loan repayment!

I shopped around for loan offers and deals. the Post Office had a good rate of interest and clearly offered the options of repayment. The customer service team, were friendly and helpful when I called to query a loan and how it worked. Not at all pushy and the whole experience of taking the loan, to repayments - with annual repayment amount remaining - to end of the loan has been seamless. If I needed to take out another loan, I would definitely go back to the Post Office. Reviewed on: 11th March 2022
