Not as advertised

I applied for a loan only because after the soft search it stated i had a 9.5/10 chance of getting the loan. This was not the case. My credit score at the time was 836 out of 999 which is not bad. Be careful of applying, I think the statement that they give out to people stating 9.5/10 chance of success is what they give everyone. Reviewed on: 13th August 2023

SHOCKING DO NOT USE

I applied for a loan that was advertised as money available as early as next day! I went through a 4 week process and I made 9 calls for updates all for it to be rejected! This was a pre approved loan through Experian as my credit score is next to perfect! I received 3 letters in 3 weeks with a document in there that was not even relevant to the application! I had to asked 4 times for a credit agreement and was told 3 times all documents received are satisfactory but when I called up the team told me they were waiting for documents!?!?! Do Not Touch With a Bargepole

In common with many here ... AVOID. They offer fairly standard interst rates then bump it up by more than double without explanation at the last minute. I've just finished paying back an overpriced short term loan; no notification (unlike others) to say the final payment had been made until I phoned to check. I received rates as advertised with others far faster too. Offered 5% then jumped to 18%

Only reason I was interested in the first place was the was the low APR offer. Go through the process of applying and then they suddenly approve the loan but say it is 18%. Monthly repayments would be nearly double what it was before. Insane. Do not recommend. Reviewed on: 11th March 2023

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

After applying for a personal loan, which was accepted in principle, all personal details were uploaded to their website. Not only was the loan not received, this totally useless company didn’t even have the good manners to reply to the application. Absolutely useless, avoid at all costs! Don't Bother Applying !

Totally useless ! they approve you then try to find a way not to lend ! left a hard search on my profile . what a waste of time ! it really was a waste of my time . there simply brokers who have no idea what there doing ! Reviewed on: 18th February 2023

Pre-Approved offer more than doubled

Was given a 9.9 out of 10 pre-approval rating for a 5.6% loan. So proceeded. Wouldn't have done so otherwise as I'm aware a full application can impact my credit score. Completed full application and was awarded a rate of 12.9%. That's more than double. Not even close. Very unhappy that this will now impact my ability to get anywhere close to 5.6% with other providers. Proceed with extreme caution. Try elsewhere first. Reviewed on: 14th November 2022

Avoid!!

Applied for my loan as very attractive pre approved APR. As soon I got my actually application the APR shot up from the initial offer. Really slow communications, everything via post. Hard to upload your ID documents also. I have a perfect credit score, no debt other than my mortgage and my application was rejected. Applied with my own bank and money was in my account within 2 minutes? Absolute appalling service. Avoid wasting weeks of your life! Reviewed on: 9th September 2022
