Extremely poor service first contacted them about a Christmas top up loan janine didn’t ever bother to reply to me. then yesterday I asked for a payment holiday got a reply this morning saying Sorry you have no available funds ,an we don’t offer that service. Using the word an is very unprofessional it’s like they don’t care it’s so poorly run it’s unbelievable I will be paying my loan of and closing my account avoid this lot.
