Lack of appropriate action

When I reported a financial fraud that involved my large financial loss and money being taken from my account, the institution did not react appropriately and I was sold by artificial intelligence. This is a lesson for me not to trust an institution 100% that it will look after my interests, even though it charges money for service. Of course, I did not get my money back.
