Service does not live up to expectations!

Thought I’d give Twig a try as really liked the concept of turning my old items into cash - I planned to sell some brand new clothing items which I had purchased but never got round to wearing. I sent Twig my items and they unfortunately rejected them due to fact that I had apparently inaccurately described my clothing items - when in fact I didn’t, Twig sent me my items back and I received no payment for them. When I contacted Twig to enquire further, the support was less than helpful - I received generic, copy and paste responses and no real answer or resolution. This left me a little confused. As I had items returned, this used two of my three trade-ins, therefore was not allowed to trade in further items. The Twig app itself isn’t the best, it offers basic functionality and is incredibly glitchy - the app crashes regularly and some features within the app do not function as intended. Based on my experience with Twig, I would not use the service again nor would I recommend the service to family & friends. Reviewed on: 10th March 2022
