Easy to use app

Easy to use app and customer service responses in good time. Receiving your parcel and item verification takes over 3 weeks due to the volume they receive. An extremely slow process and they do not accept worn/2nd hand clothing making them unsustainable. For these reason I am unsure if I would recommend Twig. Reviewed on: 13th March 2022
