Useless, rude and your money isn’t even safe

Constant problems with revolut, but if you ask for help it’s never their issue… until you can provide proof it’s their fault and they finally admit it is an issue in their side. Had money taken out of my account by a hacker and revolut fought me every step of the way trying to get it sorted, now my card is constantly rejected by fraud screenings but revolut couldn’t care less. There’s much better banks like Starling and Monzo who’ll protect you and your money much more Reviewed on: 16th April 2024
