Extremely limited customer service

The customer service is only limited to chats. Even tho I’m a paying customer I don’t get actual priority. Each line of respond takes +2 hours. Sometimes it take days until your query is resolved. Reviewed on: 25th April 2024

The customer service is awful. Even tho I’m a paying customer, the support is below average. You have to wait for a response in chat sometimes for hours. if you need help with something urgent, forget about it Reviewed on: 16th April 2024
