Good card, dreadful customer service

The card is good for use abroad, but the customer service is terrible! I have twice been denied the reward for referring new customers, both times for no apparent reason and with no way of disputing that. What is the point of offering referral rewards if every effort is made to avoid paying them? In general trying to contact Revolut for customer support is virtually impossible!
