Leave you for weeks with no money take your money and hide it while they review your account not ask for no additional info not ask you for anything just takes your money and leave you in the dark I'm a mum of 6 on benefits they have left me with no other Source of income and don't seem to care the customer service is rubbish just repeat the same thing over and over again with no info Reviewed on: 1st May 2024

Customer service is a joke and they steal your money

My benefits went in on the 17th of April my twins birthday we went out for the day and my card was restricted that morning they also took my money and set it aside customer service is no help it's now 22nd of April and still no closer to getting a awnser to when ill get my money back it's left me my children without food gas electric my direct debits are all failing I have sent all proof of purchases made that day proof of benefits that was paid in proof of everything but still my account is restricted it isn't a small amount and it's all the money I have they have left me in a position where I'm having to rely on food banks and community support stay clear of this bank 100% Reviewed on: 21st April 2024
