Fabulous Service!

Have used Purely Pets for our Airedales, Kiton and Angus (who went to sleep 16 months ago), for several years. We had to use our policy to cover Angus's final illness, and also for Kiton, who has chronic ear problems. In each case, could not fault the service we received from Purely Pets. Staff were always efficient, friendly and in the case of Angus, empathetic at a very difficult time for us. We had expected that because of the level of claims we made for both illnesses, the premiums would have increased significantly, as had been the case with other insurance companies we've used in the past. Not the case. Kiton's premiums rose only by a few pounds per month last year, despite having his recurring problems. Premiums are still very competitive for an 11 year old. Two pets, two claims, purely brilliant.

I have two dogs insured. The first was bitten by an adder. The resulting claim was paid quickly and without fuss. A second claim was also met without a quibble. So I am very happy with the quality of the service and responses I received from Purely Pets. Reviewed on: 10th July 2019
