Raisin customer service is appalling.

Raisin customer service is appalling. I recommended my partner and, due to bereavement, she missed an email from Raisin. As a result they blocked her from her account. Trying to get any help from outside of their secure message system, only available from within the account, exposed an appalling customer service system. Reviewed on: 26th January 2025

Easy, competitive and secure.

Very easy to use. Paid an attractive £100 "welcome" bonus for joining which was paid promptly. Recommended through MSE which gave me confidence. Had access to a range of very competitive savings products. Reviewed on: 23rd January 2025
