Scammed..

Received a text from rbs telling us of fraudulent activity on our current account.Attempted to contact fraud on three occasions.On each occasion contact was cut off.As cards and my account had been closed down I was unable to access any funds .On visiting our Coatbridge branch we were assisted by a member of staff (Gillian) who made contact with the Fraud Department on our behalf.Her input helped resolve the problem .Thanks again Gillian. Fab Service

Love that I can use the Post Office to pay in cheques when I can't get to a branch. Reviewed on: 8th November 2018

Extemely poor customer service and accounts

RBS have done nothing to improve how they represent themselves to their customers. The accounts which they offer are pathetic in comparison to other banks. I have now left the bank due to their poor customer service and the closure of my local branch. Reviewed on: 8th November 2018

Great Customer service and easy to use online banking

Being a bit of a technophobe banking online using my current account was always a bit daunting. Thanks to the awesome and easy to use app I found it a great way to bank on the go and always be in control of my money and account. Reviewed on: 8th November 2018

Most banks do not provide a great service so ther isnt much choice

Love my local branch

I like a personal banking service and my local RBS branch, Holt's Farnborough gives me that, they are alwaysfriendly and helpful. Reviewed on: 7th November 2018

Banks don't get better than this!
