I decided to try RBS over a year ago and find them to be the best bank I have ever been with. They provide good service on the phone and online banking is also good. The app is getting better all the time. Ive been with Nationwide and Santander in the past but rate RBS as the best so far. Reviewed on: 26th October 2019

fantastic mobile app

The mobile app is easy to set up and use. I use it daily and its extremely useful for my banking needs, able to transfer and move money around on the move. has great features such as the get cash to help in situations where iv forgotten my bank card. meets my banking needs along with my busy lifestyle. cant recommend the mobile app enough.
