fantastic mobile app

The mobile app is easy to set up and use. I use it daily and its extremely useful for my banking needs, able to transfer and move money around on the move. has great features such as the get cash to help in situations where iv forgotten my bank card. meets my banking needs along with my busy lifestyle. cant recommend the mobile app enough. The app has everything I need to help with my day to day Banking

I couldn't imagine life without the NatWest app. It's so easy to pay my friends when splitting the bill, transfer money from my current account to my Savings and even pay someone new up to £500! Even the simple things like checking my balance whilst out shopping and logging in using just my fingerprint. It makes life simpler and I would recommend to anyone to open an account with NatWest just for the pure ease of the app! Reviewed on: 30th January 2019

Help when needed the most

I haven't had any issues with my account. In fact RBS helped me when I went well over my overdraft limit due to a hotel charge. They reimbursed me until the hotel cancelled the preauthorisation. This meant i wouldn't get charged. I was in a right panic and RBS put my mind at ease. The Reward Platinum account itself is a good value account and i use a number of the benefits. I love our mobile app. Being able to do my banking on the go is just great. I don't need to wait in any queues on the phone. I can make payments to my friends to settle bills in less than 30 seconds. Keeping up to date with my finances all day everyday helps me put some money into my savings account. Reviewed on: 12th January 2019

I find the app most helpful as im able to do my everyday banking on it, im always transfer between account or transferring to other people on my payee list, because of the app ive never had to call rbs for help. Its great! Reviewed on: 9th January 2019

I love banking with RBS as the team are so helpful and friendly. The account absolutely fits my needs but the best thing is the mobile phone app. I use the mobile app every day as it is the fastest and most convenient way to stay close to my finances. it's so easy and accurate. Accounts OK but local branch closing
