Not worth the paper it's written on

The RBS Platinum Account is not worth the paper it's written upon. Took the cover out mainly for travel insurance and mobile phone insurance. When I went to make a claim on the travel insurance all of a sudden we don't cover this and we don't cover that. In short the general cover that a normal person would need from travel insurance is not covered and really and truly a complete WASTE OF MONEY! Reviewed on: 13th September 2025
