My experience with you guys is really good. When ever I had an issue your customer service was quick and very helpful. Your -18(junior) accounts are awesome, it helps a lot. What would be good is to allow more than 1 junior account on standard account. Reviewed on: 10th April 2024

Perception of Revolut.

All my experiences have been good. However, I am aware that customers have been targeted by fraudsters and it would appear that revolut have been lacks with controls to prevent the fraudsters. Reviewed on: 10th April 2024

Hopeless customer service

I wasted over an hour trying to make a transfer from my Revolut account to another one of my accounts and they refused it claiming it’s for my safety although I assured them that I have not been scammed and that I have done transfers to that account before. Revolut is a must nowadays

Revolut is so easy to use, there are many options that the other bank doesn’t have, I like how everything is one place, the interest rate for your savings is also pretty good. The taxes when using another currency in a foreign country are way less than the taxes traditional banks have. Great security and customer service.
