I love how easy it is to send and receive money, even internationally, and the virtual cards give me peace of mind when shopping online. It works. And it saves me time.

I like the simplicity and for me at least the app seems very intuitive. The automatic chatbot if that's what it is always seems to be able to answer my questions without referral and I'm not hanging around waiting online or on the phone.
