Revolut is an e-money institution which means you can take out an everyday account to manage your money in a range of ways.

You can send, spend, receive and hold a range of currencies. Customers get a physical debit card for everyday spending, a virtual card and a single-use virtual card that resets its details each time you use it.

Easy to set up, multiple currencies available at the tip of the fingers. I don’t like the charge for currency exchange on weekends but can solve a problem if in a pinch. Otherwise exchange rates are very good. And it’s easy to use for paying online or in store or via Apple Pay and virtual card. Reviewed on: 15th April 2025
