I much prefer talking with someone so I was very grateful that I could renew my car insurance by talking directly with a Saga advisor. She answered all my questions courteously and when I mentioned a change in my circumstances she was able to advise that this would mean a reduction in my premium which she was able to immediately implement. A weight off my mind that my car was covered for another year and some savings too. A personal touch that made me feel a valued customer. Reviewed on: 6th September 2021
