SAGA have been an approachable and economic insurance company to use. Their offer is comparable to others in the market at this price point and I like the way that when can phone them up, they answer, and give a good service without having to fill in forms and check Computerised boxes! We haven't had to use our insurance for many years.

We haven't had to use our insurance for many years. When we did we were treated very well and with very little hassle. Remembering rightly the customer service team were very helpful and the issue was dealt with in good time. I have no issue with Saga and have no intention of changing.
