Good communication from Saga regarding renewal of my policy. Easy to reach on the telephone and discuss my options. Helpful customer service agents who spoke clearly and answered my questions knowledgeably. Good app I was able to download to my telephone and see my documents easily. This is the only car insurance I have been with where my yearly quotes have actually gone down rather than go up when I have stayed with them.Noemally you gave to change each year with a different insurer to get cheaper quotes. Reviewed on: 4th September 2026

Excellent service provided at a good price. On a three year price fix which gives me peace of mind and saves me all of the hassle when you reinsure on a yearly basis. Very comprehensive cover provided. Feel secure with the knowledge that I have Saga at my back.
