Have been with saga for almost 3 years .

Have been with saga for almost 3 years . My husband and i have Both been very happy with service . We did claim for a window screen and asked for a heated screen , which car did have . We were pleasantly surprised it was honoured . Have changed cars easily a plus again . One negative we called on a sunday at 4.30 pm for a car change but no one answered even though it should have been open until 5pm to my knowledge .
