Have relied on the account

Having a Starling Bank account has made banking and running our company a lot easier. Could even be makes it possible. The service is intuitive to use and has done everything I have needed for my company so far with a couple of minor issues which I expect can be addressed when I have time. I have been able to set up and manage first one business account then close the company and it was easy set up another when the articles changed. It has been easy to connect with my account... Absolutely avoid.

Absolutely avoid. Terrible customer experience, from a bank that won’t even allow you to control your own money, nor give you even bother to give you a reason why. As a Product Designer I can also confidently say the user experience is comical. Rather than drawing focus to the funds in your account, they prioritise how much you’ve spent that day by drawing contrast to this, rather than what you have available. Excellent straightforward banking for sole traders

As a sole trader, I was looking for a Business Bank account that didn’t eat into my modest income, as had happened with my previous bank once their introductory offer ceased. Starling provided just that and more. I find them straightforward to deal with, easy to use, and, unlike other banks I have used in the past, have caused me no difficulties at all.
