Several business account all problems

I have three businesses with starling - each has had recent support issues and the speed and responsiveness of the team is great very poor. New debit cards take multiple weeks to arrive, fraud issues are not addressed - overall starling is great until you need a human Reviewed on: 13th September 2023
Reply from Starling Bank Our customer service team are always on hand if you need help. No matter the time of day, you'll be in touch with a human. Our debit cards should take 5-7 working days to arrive, but there could be delays in postage. You can use your card on your mobile wallet in the meantime. Super easy online banking even for a technophobe Luddite like me

I switched to Starling bank earlier this year as they’re much more ethical than my previous bank but it didn’t start smoothly. There was a glitch setting up the account and I thought “here we go again with a truck load of frustration” but I called Starling’s technical team and they sorted it out straight away, with no long waits on hold, just genuine helpful human beings. Excellent bank for an SME

Starling feels like a bank created for the 21st century. We moved after getting very frustrated with HSBC and have never regretted it. Everything seems to work properly and help and support (via the app) is excellent and is far better than the in-branch help that we usually struggled with at HSBC. Reviewed on: 28th June 2023

Great account but watch charges

The business account from Starling is a great asset to the company and sorting out the finances. However, charges can be hefty especially if working in a cash rich payment type business as only a small amount can be deposited without hefty charges. Reviewed on: 2nd June 2023
