Good ish.

Good ish. It’s good, good value for money but customer service leaves some to be desired. Closed my account or at least tried to and it’s been a long process, still not over. Reviewed on: 8th February 2024

Simply the best bank there is!

Simply the best bank there is! The toolkit is brilliant for invoicing, expenses and VAT returns. Plus I can sync my transactions to Xero or FreeAgent. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2024

Easy to set up, great app that's easy to use. Customer service has always been available when needed without having to wait hours or getting through to an overseas contact centre like other banks do. They seem to listen to customer's and update the app with new features and make the interface better. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2024

Just brilliant

I've got nothing but good things to say about the Starling Business Account. It supports multiple directors, has instant spending notifications, shows me a day ahead when an invoice is going to be paid etc. Would happily recommend this account to other small business owners. Several business account all problems

I have three businesses with starling - each has had recent support issues and the speed and responsiveness of the team is great very poor. New debit cards take multiple weeks to arrive, fraud issues are not addressed - overall starling is great until you need a human Reviewed on: 13th September 2023
Reply from Starling Bank Our customer service team are always on hand if you need help. No matter the time of day, you'll be in touch with a human. Our debit cards should take 5-7 working days to arrive, but there could be delays in postage. You can use your card on your mobile wallet in the meantime.
