Reliable, Communicative, Continued Innovative Features Regularly Added

Reliable, Communicative, Continued Innovative Features Regularly Added, amazing customer service, allowing bills to be paid from spaces is a great new feature I absolutely love and is well overdue in the industry and the appdate email newsletter is a wonderful and welcome communication method with customers - I am always happy to see them and read through those emails which says a lot in a world where 99% of emails are just junk that’s quickly deleted. It’s different and better

My previous dis-connected experience with 3 other well known banks took my towards Starling. Although, my account is small, I’ve felt I’ve had information available to me at a finger tip, support when some problems arises, and most important I now don’t have to hurdle many obstacles to speak to someone. Excellent bank

Really like the app and speed with which it updates. Spaces is a great feature that makes it a lot easier to keep track of savings and coupled with Round ups ,ages it easy to tuck money away. Reviewed on: 14th April 2024

The Starling App is excellent!

The Starling App is excellent, I can easily see what I have in my accounts, easily make payments to existing and new payees, and I get an immediate notification every time time I spend. It is also excellent for overseas payments, showing within a few minutes what I have spent in local currency and the amount in GBP and the exchange rate is good. Reviewed on: 14th April 2024

Starling is a star

Personal banking as it should be: clear, well thought-out app, with excellent features such as 'nearby payments' and 'request money'. 'Spaces' is such a great idea for planning and managing savings for specific purchases and also for savings. Reviewed on: 14th April 2024

account switching service and and pots - brilliant

I used the account switching service and it was a completely stress free experience. Since joining starling I have been able to save for specific things with ease using the pots you can create within my account. I would never have expected to save and continue to save for amount of money I have so far. I would recommend starling to anyone. Reviewed on: 14th April 2024
