Reliable, Communicative, Continued Innovative Features Regularly Added, amazing customer service, allowing bills to be paid from spaces is a great new feature I absolutely love and is well overdue in the industry and the appdate email newsletter is a wonderful and welcome communication method with customers - I am always happy to see them and read through those emails which says a lot in a world where 99% of emails are just junk that’s quickly deleted. Strengthen security

I think the security could be strengthen. I had my money taken once despite declining the transaction. Otherwise I'm happy with the service and the fact that Starling is on of the ethical bank in UK. Thank you Reviewed on: 13th April 2024
