Brilliant banking experience.

Brilliant banking experience. I can budget so much better now. Easy, safe... Can't fault it. I expect some customers might miss the cheque facility but personally it's a great bank and so pleased I switched 2 years ago, having heard the founder tell her story on the radio. Superb experience

Easy and sufficient banking.

Easy and sufficient banking. Excellent customer service. No need for a high street branch due to cheque deposit via app or post. Digital banking, potentially, keeps the post office alive which, in turn, enables banking for those who encounter the digital divide or who cannot access their branch. Reviewed on: 13th April 2024
