Easy Saver account is inaccessible.

Been a customer for 2+ years but turned down for an Easy Saver account with little or no explanation. Why stimulate demand if you can’t or won’t supply it. Contemptuous treatment of a previously satisfied customer. Will definitely be moving to Chase Reviewed on: 14th February 2025

Always v professional. Especially like the cheque deposit facility which other banks can’t seem to get right. Decent rate on current account and v intuitive to use. Like Spaces feature. Reviewed on: 13th March 2024
