Reliable, Communicative, Continued Innovative Features Regularly Added, amazing customer service, allowing bills to be paid from spaces is a great new feature I absolutely love and is well overdue in the industry and the appdate email newsletter is a wonderful and welcome communication method with customers - I am always happy to see them and read through those emails which says a lot in a world where 99% of emails are just junk that’s quickly deleted. Superb experience

Easy and sufficient banking.

Easy and sufficient banking. Excellent customer service. No need for a high street branch due to cheque deposit via app or post. Digital banking, potentially, keeps the post office alive which, in turn, enables banking for those who encounter the digital divide or who cannot access their branch. Reviewed on: 13th April 2024

Nice and easy to use the app is brilliant had no issues the only thing is it would be nice to see a Starling bank branch because I'm old school and hate technology so if i got a problem i prefer to sort it face to face and it's easier rather than being on the phone for an hour going through 12 different departments for one thing other than that it's all good Reviewed on: 13th April 2024
