Great cover for pre-existing medical conditions

I always use Staysure for my annual family travel insurance, my partner has medical conditions and Staysure always has the best price and cover. I called them to sort my renewal this year and their staff are knowledgeable and friendly, I always highly recommend them to friends and family. Reviewed on: 7th September 2024

it does what it says on its title

Comprehensive annual insurance policy with ease

Having reached 70 and with some medical conditions e.g. heart surgery two years ago, I had to shop around for annual travel insurance cover. A simple application form to Staysure was accepted and also gave extensive Covid cover at a reasonable price -just what you want from an insurance company. Reviewed on: 4th October 2021

Safe to travel

great value for existing health issues

have used our bank insurance before but as my husband had a new health issue they refused to cover any previous conditions Staysure insured him at a very good price Reviewed on: 4th October 2021

Really care

Luckily not had to claim so far! But these guys really care about their customers. Due to covid they gave us a year to start cover, although I didn't need it, as I didn't travel! But I'm not aware of other company's doing this. Excellent communication (not too much, just enough) definitely recommend. Reviewed on: 4th October 2021
