Recently switched to new account I panicked because I hadn’t received my card as a single mother of two I worried that I wasn’t going to receive int time before I needed to switch my universal credit over. The guy I spoke to on the chat was very sincere and kind and understood my mind frame, he went above and beyond to make sure if I hadn’t received the new card I could get one really easily. I was crudely abandoned to fate when EngageCard shut down. Fortunately those good folks over at SuitsMe proved that they aren't just yet another fly-by-night financial company, looking to take advantage of the British public. Their customer service is second to none and I'm quite frankly gob smacked by how effective their support representatives are. This must surely be as a result of a fundamentally positive management structure which in turn cascades down from a board of directors who truly care for their customers needs. You'd have to be an uncouth barbarian not to appreciate what a glowing example of professionalism SuitsMeCard represents. Reviewed on: 13th March 2025
