Recently switched to new account I panicked because...

Recently switched to new account I panicked because I hadn’t received my card as a single mother of two I worried that I wasn’t going to receive int time before I needed to switch my universal credit over. The guy I spoke to on the chat was very sincere and kind and understood my mind frame, he went above and beyond to make sure if I hadn’t received the new card I could get one really easily. He didn’t rush me, and he took time knowing I needed his support at that time. Reviewed on: 13th March 2025
